City of Dreams Macau  Introduction

City of Dreams is a Casino in Macau China. It was built by Melco Crown Entertainment who are also the current owners and management of the casino. This land-based casino opened their doors on the 1st June 2009 with a total gaming space of 420 000 square feet. It also has 2270 rooms expressly set aside for the High Rollers. The casino consists of five towers which are 2 Grand Hyatt Macau Towers, NUWA known previously as the Crown Towers, The Countdown Hotel formerly known as Hard Rock Hotel, and the Morpheus.

There are three separate casinos with 1514 gaming machines and 450 table games. There are 30 restaurants and bars and approximately 175 000 square feet of high-end retail space spread across two levels.

City of Dreams Attractions

City of Dreams is not merely about gambling. There is so much more to this land-based Hotel and Casino. Visitors will be enamoured by the Aquarium or the Vquarium, which is four video walls that display images of subsea ocean scenes on the acrylic.

Then there is the Bubble Fountain which features a large water sphere and the Dancing Water Feature. It’s a show called “The House of Dancing Water” and can be seen at the Dancing Water Theatre, which contains one of the world’s largest commercial pools.
